Cosmetic Surgery is as common among celebrities, as changing socks are, for us regular folks.
Even Hollywood's favorite, Angelina Jolie was not born the way she looks now!
For that, she underwent the surgeon's scalpel and had a nose job,which in my opinion turned out pretty well.
Now, talking about back home, if I remember correctly, Rakhi Sawant had her implants removed too. “They come in the way when I dance”
she complained.
One thing I like about Rakhi, at least she is honest about her cosmetic surgeries unlike our other desi celebs.
Aside from Shilpa Shetty and Koena Mitra, everyone pretends everything’s natural.
Nothings been touched,pruned, tweaked, plumped or 'PERKED UP.'
Maybe they WERE born with it,coz it sure as hell ain't Maybelline.
People disappear for a couple of months and come back with forever surprised expressions, frozen faces, bigger boobs, thinner noses, plumper lips and get outraged if you so much as whisper SCALPEL.

Hahahhaa!! Hillarious article Amrita:)) I agree with Anita. VB was the worst of the lot. Koena Mitra is another one. I seriously think she looks like an alien. I am not so sure about Katrina and Kareena though. Katrina looks the same, and Kareena lost the pounds. Losing or gaining pounds in itself is no less than a total makeover anyway. Plus hairstyle and make up make a very big difference too. One 17 yr old local girl is participating in Ms Asia contest. Very very ordinary looking, almost plain, and if you judge by Indian standards, reed thin with nothing to write home about. However, once she became a part of the contest, she is practically unrecognizable. She looks million bucks.With her dark complexion and clothes to show off what we thought as reed thin, she makes one hell of a sexy siren. With the right kind of make up and hairstyle, her plain looking face suddenly has planes which transform her from a plain Jane to a bomb shell. Go figure.
Losing weight,make up and a new hairstyle does not make a crooked nose straight.Take a good look again.
